ACCOYA WARRANTY APPLICATION DISCLAIMER
Submission of this Warranty Application does not constitute approval, acceptance, issuance, or extension of any warranty by Sansin Corporation. Any warranty coverage is subject to review and approval by Sansin and is contingent upon compliance with all applicable warranty requirements, specifications, application guidelines, maintenance requirements, and terms and conditions in effect at the time of approval.
The applicant is responsible for providing complete and accurate information regarding the project, including but not limited to wood species, substrate condition, manufacturing processes, coating system selection, application methods, environmental exposure, installation practices, and maintenance plans. Any omission, misrepresentation, or inaccurate information may result in denial of warranty coverage or voiding of any warranty subsequently issued.
Warranty eligibility and performance are dependent upon numerous factors beyond Sansin’s direct control, including but not limited to wood quality and characteristics, manufacturing and fabrication methods, storage and handling practices, transportation, installation, jobsite conditions, building design, moisture management, environmental exposure, maintenance practices, and adherence to Sansin’s published application instructions and technical recommendations.
Approval of a warranty application does not guarantee product performance under all conditions and does not relieve the applicant, owner, architect, contractor, manufacturer, distributor, or applicator of their responsibility to verify product suitability for the intended use and project conditions.
Any warranty that may be issued shall be governed exclusively by the written warranty document provided by Sansin and shall be subject to all limitations, exclusions, conditions, and remedies contained therein. No statement, recommendation, technical advice, review, inspection, or approval by Sansin shall modify, expand, or replace the terms of any written warranty.
By submitting this application, the applicant acknowledges that they have read and understood the foregoing and agree that any warranty coverage, if granted, shall be subject to Sansin’s final review, approval, and written warranty terms.
Warranty coverage is further contingent upon the Accoya wood being manufactured, stored, handled, fabricated, coated, installed, and maintained in accordance with current Accoya guidelines and best practices.
