The Ontario Secondary School Teachers’ Federation Headquarters and Multi-Tenant Commercial Building is a progressive three-storey, 127,000-square-foot exposed mass timber project in Toronto. Its open design encourages shared space and interaction between staff and tenants, while the wood interior and exterior create warmth, natural beauty, and a strong connection to nature. Selected for its beauty, durability and sustainable qualities, the exterior timber soffits were protected with Sansin KP-30 in the color Natural Cedar and two coats of Sansin KP-32 for lasting performance. The interior columns and beams were protected with KP-12 and two coats of PC Purity Interior Glacier in a low-luster finish.
