NATURALLY PERFECT® WOOD PROTECTION
The stunning new Hayward Field – a “theater” for track and field events at the University of Oregon designed by SRG Partnership – showcases 462 Douglas fir glulam pieces manufactured by Western Archrib and protected with Sansin’s low-VOC, high-performing architectural finishes. KP-12UVW and Precision Coat ENS in a custom color were selected as a coating system for maximum beauty and maintainable wood protection. The project was funded by donors including Phil Knight of Nike, who competed in track and field events at the original Hayward Field while attending the university.
